I was installing the last development snapshot on MAMP (Mac OS X 10.5), but after I was asked of the data for the first user account, I got the following error:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'seven-system-main' for key 2

Does anybody know what that means? What should I do?

Trying to install Drupal 7 using SQLite gives me the following error:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 19 columns theme, module, delta are not unique

The previous error was given by MySQL 5. The version of PHP I am running is 5.2.6.

This is a duplicate of #537458: Integrity constraint violation - Blocks for Seven theme enabled twice. I am sorry I didn't report that before.
