I would like to move the blog from the front page to mysite.com/blog and have the front page be a Page. I also want the mysite.com/blog to be not just one user blog but the communal blog that all user blogs get posted to. Any ideas? Thanks, Jason

administer -> site information -> default front page
set that to the page you want to be the front page.
the blogs questions may require the views.module though I think there is already a method in core for this, yoursite.com/blogs? maybe?

There's no such page in a default install of Drupal 6. You've installed a contrib module that changes things.
