php error in block admin

Issue Summary

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/...drupal-4.6.3/includes/common.inc on line 1469.

But I could still enter the data and it seems to work fine

Ok--unless you can think of more info I can give you, I'll ignore the error message and assume it's something to do with my server's setup.
