How can I let the Anonymous users to unsubscribe from notifies?

In the e-mails sent from the site should be a link - "!link1 the QUICKLINK to disable future follow-up otifications for the user "

They can use that to unsubscribe.

If you want to unsubscribe them manually you can use the form at admin/settings/comment_notify/unsubscribe
