New to drupal so still in the vary early stages of learning. i have a drupal site with the storm module installed which i am managing my projects. i create an invoice via storm at the end of my project, i currently send the invoice via paypal for the customer to pay. whats the best feature/module to use within drupal to manage the payment of my storm invoices.

There are several ways that you can interface with payment gateways via your Drupal site, but none that I know of which will automatically take any information from the Storm invoice.
It'd be great if you want to help out to make this sort of thing possible (even if you are not a coder, it helps when people share their needs, problems and general uses), there is a current feature request for Storm at #390394: Add 'payment node' or similar which might link nicely with this.
I'd also encourage you to use the Storm issues list, as you're more likely to get faster responses to your queries there.
