Who's available calendar?

Hey all!

I need you opinion on something.
I need to create a agenda system where users can enter dates where they are available.
On top of this i need to search for people that are available on a specific date.
And if possible, the system gives me alternative dates/hours.

Anyone ideas how i could achieve this?
