Yeah, for clarification. I wrote that page initially when CivicSpace had contracted me to write FAPI docs once FAPI was added to Drupal 4.7. Only problem was, I didn't know FAPI, and all the people who did know FAPI were busy converting Drupal core to use FAPI. ;P

So I did my best with conversations overheard in IRC and promiscuous use of print_r(), but obviously I either majorly misunderstood this piece of it, or it changed sometime in the 4.7 release cycle.

The page is unsalvageable IMO and someone who wants a real FAPI FAQ should just start from scratch.
