Trouble adding fieldset using ahah when thickbox plugin is enabled

The ajax thickbox plugin breaks a (what I think is a)standard ahah callback that inserts a fieldset in the choice module(attached). You should be able to reproduce the error by installing the attached quiz module, enable the choice question type and try to create a choice node. There is a ahah button to add more alternatives in the node creation form. When the button is pushed the fieldset is added on firefox 3.5.1, but all javascrip inside the added fieldset is gone(meaning you can never open the fieldset). If you do the same in IE 8.0 the browser breaks completely.

The thickbox plugin isn't important to our project, but I report the error so that it comes to your knowledge.
