Same question here. Doesn't it support taxonomy pagination?

Attached is the patch.
No need to do any settings in admin interface , it will work by default for taxonomies.
#5
Is there any hope of this patch/module supporting URL aliases? Instead of overriding the alias and spitting out the system URL's, with the pagination number on the end.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I use url aliases for taxonomy/x pages & can confirm module ignores aliases!

I believe that this is fixed in the latest release, but could someone test it out? 6.x-1.0-alpha3
@zywiec, @MJD - Aliases are my next thing to take a look at. I'll be tracking the issue here: #885020: Clean pagination doesn't work on pages with a url alias
