Keep getting 'warning: Missing argument 3 for content_permissions_field_access()' Error

Hello,

I keep getting the 'warning: Missing argument 3 for content_permissions_field_access()' error when I create Audio content. The actual error message is as follows:

warning: Missing argument 3 for content_permissions_field_access() in D:\INETPUB\VIRTUAL\[server name]\WWWROOT\modules\cck\modules\content_permissions\content_permissions.module on line 21.

In addition, the program doesn't let me upload files. I get an error message that the files could not be moved.

Does anyone have any insight on what might be happening here?
