I just checked out D7 head from CVS and installed the basic setup. I then proceeded to click the edit link for user 1, and received the following error: Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in element_children() (line 4101 of [path-removed]/drupal-cvs/includes/common.inc). This message displays twice on the page.

This can not be recreated on the current version of head.
