Please tell me how to delete read more and show all the text. I'm using wysiwyg (fck). I don't see any text at the moment unless i click read more.

Can you give me a link to your site so I can get a better idea of what is happening? One thing you can do is try increasing your 'Length of Trimmed Posts' on this page: http://www.yoursite.com/admin/content/node-settings to Unlimited.

Hi, I've done that but it doesn't work. I think because it's not trimmed at all there is just 'read more' and no text. My site is on a local host.

Are you using any specific modules? Is the Front page a View? Are you using Content Templates? Can you post your node.tpl.php file?
