I have installed the module and set it up but it does not work? Any step by step on the splash module?

Go to admin/settings/splash and choose the options you want on each of the three tabs (when, how , what). Is there any specific part of any of those pages you're having difficulty configuring?

Yup seems like the thickbox option doesn't work. I pretty much gave up and found another solution but would love to see some documentation for this module.
