Looks good upon initial landing. The one thing that was an immediate negative for me was getting a horizontal scroll bar. My resolution is 1024x768 and get a scroll bar. Just a touch too wide. I see about 5% of the search button, the rest of off to the right.
I should mention that there is a bullet point under Itineraries when you are on the home page (in Chrome) and the page background tiles (my screen resolution is 1920x1200) and has noticeable color banding.
Nice.
I'd suggest that the logo/branding/header be clickable to 'home'
Looks like you have a good amount of (what looks like) well-researched info on each of your entries, so kudos for launching with a good amount of content (not just placeholders).
It's a tiny bit hard to see what's clickable and what's not - eg the events listed on http://wiswine.org/home, which leaves me mousing over everything to see if it really is navigation or not.
I like the way you've leveraged the views and embeds into what looks like a custom layout, while it seems that much of your layout is actually templated. like the itineray block here ... (or is that not quite as automatic as it looks?)
There are a couple of minor details here and there that can be shored up over time, the scrolling mentioned above and a few spaces that appear and disappear randomly, the one that bothered me was the tiny, tiny, tiny 2px gap on the home page between the winery name over the picture and corner that isn't there on subpages. Seriously, tiny.
Nice though, I love seeing other wine lovers sites using drupal!

Other than that, looks great.
