Hi Matt,

I've got the action / trigger working to mail a receipt to the transaction starter but can't figure out how to set it up for the recipient. I see how to do it if it needs to be confirmed but none of the transactions is our system need confirmation.

This feature is not available.
The recipient notification is only for transactions which need confirming.
There are a whole host of possible actions which could be written.
notifiy starter of confirmed transaction on start
notify completer of confirmed transaction on start
notifiy starter of confirmed transaction on completion
notify completer of confirmed transaction on completion
notifiy starter of direct transaction
notify completer of direct transaction
each of which can be overridden in a host of options in the user profile. So without bothering the user too much, which options should go in the user profile
notify me when I start a transaction
notify me when I complete a transaction
notify me when someone starts a transaction with me
notify me when someone completes a transaction I started with them
notify me when I make a direct transaction
notify me when someone directly transacts with me
notify me when my account is credited
notify me when my account is debited
And any combination of the above.

So that's why this functionality isn't comprehensive - I don't have enough use cases to decide how to manage all these permutations. Suggestions welcome, and donations, of course.

I see what you mean, there are a lot of options..

For our system, these two would cover everything:

notify me when my account is credited
notify me when my account is debited
