Links disappear after enabling the Eldorado Superfly module

Hi,
After enabling the module, the links (to print, publish/unpublish, promote to frontpage etc...) disappear - I also checked the variable $links and it was empty.
I am using the following modules that generate those links that were affected
- Printer, e-mail and PDF versions module
- Fasttoggle module
My current setup is
Eldorado Superfly - 6.x-1.1
Printer, e-mail and PDF versions module - 6.x-1.7
Fasttoggle - 6.x-1.3
Drupal 6.13
PHP 5
Mysql 5
