Logintoboggan and Checkout for anonymous user

With logintoboggan enabled (and redirecting drupal's default paths), a loop is created and the page does not load. Firefox says that the page has gone in to an infinite loop, and internet explorer evetually tells me that the page can not be displayed.

Turning off the "Redirect Drupal's login paths" feature in the logintoboggan module resolves this issue - but then, of course, I lose the LT functionality that I want.
