Drupal + Social Networking Management

So i was wondering if anyone's heard of a drupal module .. or for that matter, anything out there at all, that can integrate social networking sites like facebook, myspace, twitter, etc.? I'm looking for something where you can update this one module (or whatever) and it updates several social networking websites simultaneously... maybe i've got my head to high in the clouds...

on method would be to import your sites feeds to those sites.
can also look into the services links.module as well as some others sharethis.module for example.

I think FBSS can send out to Twitter. I don't know if it does any other SN sites, but that would be a good place to add the functionality if someone wants to write it.
