Hi,

Using this awesome module I found a undesired effect.
When other modules open a popup window, the Administration menu appears on the popup over other menus or options.

One example:
Using WYSIWYG api + IMCE, choose "insert Image" and then "browse".
Open the "browse" popup with the admin menu over options.

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

However, marking as duplicate of #502408: Move invocation/processing into hook_page_build(), which should eliminate this entire issue.
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
