I've been spending quite a bit of time puzzling over the Ubercart APIs (trying to figure out how state and status changes work but that's another story) and in the process tried to fix bits of documentation that were missing or incorrect. I'm sure I'll run into more of them so I'll keep updating the patch.

You're a saint. Our commenting discipline was awful for 1.x, and we didn't cover it all for 2.x b/c we thought it would be a quick release. Make sure you're running off the latest Bzr version, as I know Lyle recently committed a monstrous docs page. That may have been pushed to CVS already.

Yeah, the issue I had made is #507328: Keep PHPDoc comments up to date. I didn't do everything (anything?) in the payment folder mostly because I meant to ask Ryan what all of those functions were for. :P

I've probably just made the task harder, but I'd love to know if you see anything that needs to be improved upon.
