When I log into my project site and select storm > timetrackings, the list shows 4 entries instead of the 5 entries in the system. It shows 4 entries for one organisation and not the entry for the other organisation.

When I select a project then timetrackings from the project, I see the timetrackings for the project. When I go back to storm > timetrackings, I see only the times for the project, not all times. I have to log out then back in to see more times.

Timetrackings should list all times or have a subheading stating the organisation or project or whatever is used as a filter. There should be a way to list all timetrackings to find those times that might be added to the wrong project or ticket. I think storm > timetrackings should list everything no matter where you were on previous pages.

Am I correct in thinking that if you click 'reset' on the filter all items return?

There is an existing feature request at #433294: Add filter status when lists are filtered which deals with the subheading that you refer to.

Regarding the filter resetting itself each time you revisit the page, I personally do not want this as for someone who is working on a particular project it can be very useful to be able to revisit the list with the same filter settings, this is the same behaviour as if the list was a view with exposed filters. Therefore, this bit would be 'by design'.

Ah! Filters! Did not see that. I get the right result when I Filter > Reset then change month to Jan and select Filter. Reset sets the start date to the beginning of this month and the missing entry for the other project was entered last month.

In which case, I suspect that your problem would have been prevented with #433294: Add filter status when lists are filtered completed. I'll mark this one up as a duplicate of that one for reference.
