[4.7.0] Attachments which are listed during node submission are not listed after clicking Submit

Steps
1. Select a post where attachments can be enabled
2. Click Edit
3. Use File Attachments to attach a document and Click Attach
4. Note that the document is listed
5. Click Submit

Results
6. The attachment will not be listed on the published post

Workaround
7. Click Edit
8. List the file
9. Submit
10.Now the file will be properly displayed
