must say I love the Drupal way as opposed to the *nuke things. One thing I miss, though, (among other things ;-) ) is a way to translate/localize my website on a module basis. I started translating most of the base site to my native language (da). No biggie, a few hours of work for the non-admin parts, great feature that translation is so userfriendly! Problem is, when I install new modules, the list of nontranslated terms seem to bloat. (Which isn't a problem as such and actually quite understandable.)
So, here is the wish. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to translate by module? Also, it might be nice with some way of only exporting language on a per module basis. I am considering a few sites I want to run, but most likely they wil not be running the same modules, so exporting the entire locales table will probably mess things up, I guess?

We are in the process to make translation through po files possible. Each module should supply a pot file and translators can contribute their po files. I plan to merge the existing po parser with the locale module and hope to get to it before the feature freeze.
