Make signatures show without admin permission

Is there anyway to make it so it is not required for the petition maintainer to authorize the signature? I am doing a site redesign and update to standagainstpoverty.org, and would like to have it so people can sign a "action" or petition if you will, but do not want the signatures to be approved, I would just like them to show up. There is just simply not enough manpower to click on the potentially thousands of signatures that may come in for these pre-determined actions.
