customfilter_import_form() is not defined

Issue Summary

When I click on button Import, I see:

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'customfilter_import_form' was given in /var/www/drupal/includes/form.inc on line 366.
