I used Sagepay in test mode on another shopping cart platform and haven't had any problem. I'm using the dummy card details and address but every time I submit the order I get the following error.

We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order.

Have you checked the error logs? SagePay can sometimes tell you what the error is also. I found my test worked fine but the live server returned your error above. it turned out the site was sending data from a different IP address than the one the site resides on so it's worth checking with your hosting provider too.

Brilliant thank you, I'd forgotten to add the server ip address to the sagepay admin. I'm sure that happened before, I completely forgot about that.
