bug when site is syndicated through planet - issue with quoting in a href

Hi,

Planet has a nasty problem where it only recognises urls that have double quotes, and not single quotes. If a single quoted href is present in a document it ends up being translated to http://mysite.com/'http://the.link.com'

Attached is a patch that fixes this for the inlined delicious tags which appear alongside delicious keywords

The patch should apply to either the MySQL or PostgreSQL versions of the delicious 4.6.0 module.
