svn propedit requires a target

README.txt says:

In the apachesolr module directory, issue the command:

svn propedit svn:externals

but should say:

In the apachesolr module directory, issue the command:

svn propedit svn:externals .

Otherwise, you may get an "svn: Explicit target argument required" error.
