I have downloaded and installed htmlarea v 1.26 for Drupal 4.3 and have manually applied the patch (because I am on Windows I don't know how to do that automatically). When I tried to go to the htmlarea configuration page I got these warnings and no configuration options showed up.

Htmlarea doesn't seem to work for me at all. What could I have done wrong?
