I can't enable the module...He's not in the module list...
Is there any issues to this problem ?

The og_book.install file is missing!

I believe it's actually because the .info file is missing. You can kind of cobble together one by looking at another module.
Sorry I'm not expert enough to post one here.

Added a timestamp [of 18 March 2010] too (stops the module asking to be updated)
