From some days, all my url (base_url i think) have a dot in the end like this: www.mysite.com./whatever
How is possible?

It's because you've formed
It's because you've formed some links using ./whatever - Drupal will intelligently parse these with your base_url and hence, you're getting www.mysite.com./whatever - you'll have to check out your manually input text and change to simply /whatever
