Using alternate layout method causes .clearfix class to disappear

The .clearfix CSS definition is in the layout.css file. If a user wishes to swap out Zen’s default method with another (like Blueprint, 960gs), they will loose that definition unless they copy it into another file.

It can easily go into the pages.css file, so let's move it there.
