Just noticed this-- I'm using the current 4.x dev and I can't delete any roles on admin/user/roles while the module is enabled. Disable the module and roles delete fine. I can reproduce this repeatedly. There's no error message or other sign that anything is wrong-- the role is simply not deleted.
