I have searched for this and I apologize if it's somewhere in here - I want to export the current user subscriptions settings from the subscriptions table to a spreadsheet. An earlier post said this data is in the subscriptions table. using phpMyAdmin I am unable to browse or export this table. I specifically want to know what content each user is subscribed to. Can anyone help?

When I check the subscriptions_user table, there are three entries with uid -2, 1 and 3. I know I have over 300 users with subscriptions enabled.
