I have two production sites which I just upgraded to Sky 6.x-3.7. I had a previous Sky 6.x-2.x-dev theme in my /themes folder, removed it and installed the new Sky 6.x-3.7 theme into the /sites/default/themes/sky folder. I also cleared my browser cache. When any user tries to login, the result is a completely blank page.
Not sure what to do at this point. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Best,
Steve Montano

aimutch commentedSteve,
Themes should be installed here:
/sites/all/themes/sky
Try loading it into the correct location and let us know if that resolves the problem.

smontano commentedHi there,
I've seen some people say themes should go into /sites/default/themes and /sites/all/themes but I could never find a definitive answer. In what case should they go in /default and in what case should they go into /all?
After tons of investigation, it actually wasn't a theme issue. Without notifying users, my hosting company recently changed some settings which conflict with the update module. This just happened to occur at the same time I updated this theme. I had to go into phpMyAdmin to manually disable the update module and the site works great now.

aimutch commentedSteve,
Contributed themes and modules always go under /sites/all/themes and /sites/all/modules. Not sure what the purpose of the default folder is for but I've never installed contributed content there.
