Instead of filling-in values from the user's profile, my forms only display the key name - i.e. %profile[profile_displayname]. The auto-fill of profile values worked prior to upgrading from 5.x to 6.x. The other values, such as %useremail, do work. Thanks for your help.

I've found that %server[key] is broken as well. So, for example, %server[HTTP_USER_AGENT] doesn't work. We have a number of internal web forms that are now missing key functionality because the %profile values don't work.
