clicktips

I've added the hovertips module and there is a line of javascript on the settings so I just leave that. Is this right? Nothing else to configure?

Plus, I inserted words between the tags, I can't paste them here because I don't know how.

Nothing happens apart form the text from between the tags is published. No hover or click options.
Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong please?
