Spot on. In a way, inherited from the previous version.

The report wasn't overlooked, though. The situation is that the menu structure and loaders have been re-written. This bug required a rethink of the new code, not the old. The issue was immediately addressed in BETA2. A quick test on a live site showed the bug as fixed, and conceptually the problem is addressed, so both posts are marked as fixed, pending reports.
