Glossary term and synonym in same article

If you have a vocabulary with the term "this" with a synonym "that", then in an article which contains both "this" and "that", the Glossary indicator only appears with the synonym "that" and not for the main term "this".
Is this the proper behavior. Seems not.

Glossary?
Are you talking about the Glossary module? The Glossary view? Something else? As this is a general forum, you'll have better luck if you provide more explicit details, or if it's a question about a particular module, you can request support directly in that module's queue (e.g. http://drupal.org/project/issues/glossary ).

Thanks for the reply. In answer to your question, I am referring to the Glossary module. When you create a term in the Glossary vocabulary, you can set a synonym for the term, and the synonym should be flagged like the original term. It doesn't seem to work, though. I would assume that either both the synonym and the term would be flagged, or that the first to occur in the article would be flagged. I don't know which to expect, but, as you can see below, the actual behavior, for me anyway, is neither.
Already tried the issues page with no luck. Doesn't seem to be much activity there. Here's what I posted there:
This is a great module that I would assume is widely used, and I was hoping that someone else had already encountered, and maybe fixed, the problem or else can say that this is the proper behavior and why.
I am using Glossary 6.x-1.6 under Drupal 6.13.
Thanks again.
