Hi! This is my first patch. I've developed a little one that adds support to:

furl.net
spurl.net
newsvine
blogmarks.net
simpy.com.com
myweb2.search.yahoo.com

Another feature is about adding optionally rel="nofollow" to these links.
I've create a patch for 4.6 version too, contact me if you need it.

I'm using it on my site. It works well, but i would find a better way to add these links, perhaps in another content ($service_links in phphtemplate), o in another line.

I have added some of the services to the latest cvs version as well as added the option to add the links after the node body.
