Alhamdulillah. Finally new version for Drupal 6 is released. These are changes:

* User is able to choose recitation
* User is able to create or add new recitation (Yes. It is the same as the previous point
* User is able to create Quranic text by specifying the verse number. I call this: Quran macro
* Exclusive permission instead of "access content". But, I think, everyone should be able to access the module. So, I set permission into TRUE
* Drupal designer able to style or apply CSS to the Quran text or its translations
* Change "Index" into "Chapter index". It's better to use "Chapters"
* Audio Recitation for each verses. Alhamdulillah, now it comes true
* Responsive into RTL page. I see no problem
* Arabic locale should ignore translation. As your wish my brother
