After a messy upgrade: http://drupal.org/node/538698 my live site seems to be running ok. My only problem I have right now is, when I did a test on when a user uploads a flash game on the site, it has a error message above of it:

/home/content/X/X/X/'database username'/html/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 70.

I did try to re-upload the taxonomy module with a fresh new one but no signs of the error message going away. Did I miss anything else out?

Technically, the site runs fine and you can browse the site fine and play games without any issues. And when you do click on a flash game, that taxonomy error message doesnt appear.

I did do a search on this on the forum and the web search engines but havent been able to decipher what I should be deleting or altering on the taxonomy.module :(
Can other modules possibly effect this?
My drupal site is running on the current latest build: 6.13

I thought I just update this just to let anyone who has this similar problem.
it seems it was related to the actions of the Site configuration tab. I had two actions in place and thought I delete them. And guess what? the errors stopped.
This is just my case. it could be different for other users.
