Hello, I'm trying to do the following

At the moment I have jobs with a field called 'resort' which is referenced to all the resorts I have on our site. So when you create a new job you choose which resorts its applicable to.

I want to then create a block that goes on all the resort pages that show the jobs that are for that resort - does anyone know how to do this? Ive tried with arguments, filters and fields etc. but I just can't do it - any help would be GREATLY appreciated,
