Admin for Block/Page specific visibility settings

Hello,
working a lot with the page visibility settings for blocks on a more or less complex website, I recognized that it would be very handy to have all that settings on one screen, to compare and to adjust, instead of clicking on configure and save each time. I'm not to deep into drupal yet, but it shouldn't be to hard to have this on admin/build/block. Does someone have an idea, where to start or are there any code snippets. I tried searching...
