Is there any way to adapt this module to allow users to create their own custom feeds for a site?

The user would be presented with a list of all feeds for the site (with the admin having the ability to control which feeds are listed) and all they would have to do is check which feeds they want combined. The module would then spit out a custom feed address for the combined feeds.

Feasible?

I'm afraid I don't have a clue about this one. I don't have feeds on any of my sites because I don't understand them. You'll have to give me a lot more information on how to start this.
