Just add this file to the 'basic' theme folder
This is the first release of BASIC for Drupal 7. It mostly port all the functionnalities that were on D6 to D7.
- All working on D7 latest release
- Include all latest class/id drupal convention (like sidebar-first / last)
- cleanup of code
