That is possible (through coding or administration) to make front end menu like picture in attachment? After clicking on checkboxes and autosubmit or submit by submit button, to redirect to page like taxonomy/term/7+24+45+12? Thanks

You did a good job describing what you want. Looks like a very reasonable functionality request.
However, I think this falls outside the scope of taxonomy menu.
This looks like it would be best served with a separate, independent module (maybe it already exists, but I am not aware of it).
What you are asking for a a sort of select list, not really a menu.
