When running the simpletest check of coder on Drupal 6 there's a bunch of php notices of "Undefined index: #patch" in do_coder_review().

Is either the tests or the code wrong? I'm attaching a patch for the code.

Coder for Drupal 6 is now frozen and only security fixes will be applied. Feel free to update this issue and reopen against 7.x-2.x or 8.x-2.x.
