Where do I change the basic text color in the primary link section of Genesis Lite?

I have looked through the forum, been through my site with Firebug, but cannot find which .css file controls the basic unactivated text of this. I can change hover, link, etc. But not the basic color.

It doesn't appear to be in my_subtheme files, and I have tried the Genesis main files, including base.css both compressed and uncompressed.

I'm sure I'm missing something blindingly simple, but can't figure this out. Thanks.
