Is Forum thread module compatibile with Advanced Forums

I had Forum thread module installed to the core 'Forum' module. It worked very fine. Now i have installed Advanced Forums module and my thread view is lost. It is really important i show the comments as threads. Can anyone help.

AF will mostly work if you have threaded forums but the jump links will be wrong. I don't know about compatability with the Forum Thread module in particular, though. If it's changing the same templates that AF is, they probably won't work together. You might want to check its queue for existing issues.
